We (male 73 and female 67) have had occasion to use Health and Travel Insurance Brokers with regards to travel to the USA and Australia whilst my wife was in the recovery phase from chemotherapy (Non Hodgkin's Large B cell, coupled with this she also had a compromised heart condition). The team, headed by Sandra Grant, were very responsive and communicative about the options, and did their utmost to achieve a satisfactory option. I am currently dealing with them regarding travel to Japan in 2023. As for good value I can not properly comment on this as I could not find another organisation that were offering to deal with the situation (most just bailed out); so on that basis they are good value. No hesitation in recommending them as the go to for ordinary travel, and travel with health issues. John Campbell
We have used Sandraβs expertise for many years. Recommended to use her services after having been refused overseas coverage by many companyβs including Southern Cross who we have been with many years. Heart surgery being the stumbling block. Have only needed their services twice while overseas and was fully covered. Gashed my head the night before flying to London Cleared to travel but was asked to have CT which was covered. Sandra Grant & her team are a One Stop Shop for all your Medical Travel Insurance. Had a medical event Jan 2019 but was unable to arrange cover with Southern Cross as I not had 1 year stand down, so Sandra stepped in & arranged cover for us & the extra cover with Bupa covering my previous medical event at an extra cost. The extra cost was not expensive but well worth the peace of mind. Well done & thank you.
