   I hate leaving bad reviews but unfortunately I had an awful experience with this cattery. There was terrible communication throughout the entire process including unanswered emails about the cost and booking details. I booked a queen unit and believe I paid for a queen unit but when I arrived they put my 2 cats into a single unit. When I questioned it I was told they would be moved once the queen unit had been cleaned later that day. I spent my entire holiday worrying about my cats and when I returned to pick them up my concerns were validated. My two cats had remained in the small single unit for 3 weeks. I sent Noeline multiple messages asking about an invoice for their stay because I believe I have paid over $200 too much (yes, I included the xmas fee). I got a bad response, no invoice and when I asked again I got no reply. It has been almost 2 weeks and nothing has been sorted out and I still have not received an invoice. I will avoid using this cattery in the future.

   I would definitely recommend Noeline and Snuggle Inn. Our kitten has stayed a couple of times now and this last time Noeline went above and beyond to help us with Milo after sustaining an injury the day before we went away. Thanks Noeline and the Snuggle Inn team! :)

   We have 2 cats in snuggle inn any I must say how spoilt they both are!! Our wee sensitive one is very happy there, he has a hot water bottle in his bed every night and a wee hut was made for him to hide under when he sleeps. She welcomes you to come and visit your cats in the visiting hour times so you can have a cuddle and remind them your still there. Thank you so much for taking amazing care of our boys while we wait for our house to be finished. Looking forward to using snuggle inn in the future.
