    I took my grandaughter to purchase her uniform for College, Helen was wonderfully patient with her, sorting correct sizes and making sure that there was room for growth but not so much that she looked ridiculous. I was set up on a comfy chair whilst Helen did the hard yards, it was great! All the staff were friendly and offered advice when asked, it was a pleasure to shop there, and best of all, we can now relax and enjoy the festive season knowing that uniforms for the start of College are sorted!

    Appalling customer service. I paid for an item that I was told was on backorder and would be in in 2 weeks. When I went in to collect item, they had no record of it in their system whatsoever. Lucky I kept my receipt as proof , as it was not a cheap purchase. There was very little attempt to remedy the situation, just very poor customer service who made me feel like it was my problem.
