    Twice now in a year we have had flights changed through booking tickets through this flight centre. It causes uncertainty and stress when this keeps happening within 24hrs of a departing flight. So I don't see the sense in paying companies like the flight centre a fee to organize something you can do yourself quite easily online directly through the airline. Which is what I'll personally do for my family from now on to avoid that drama. In all the years I've traveled I've never had such inconsistency in traveling so doing it to my elderly dad has given you a 1 star rating which is being kind and no recommendation whatsoever to your store because I didn't find the last travel agent at all easily approachable or that helpful. Maybe if she thought less about her own travel experiences and put that energy into giving others a good experience the outcomes could have been different

    The worst experience of our lives we booked with flight center to be on the safe side and not to experience any mistakes or mess ups but the lady that booked our flights took all our information and made copies even and we have a small kid she gave us a booklet with all correct information yet she didn't inform the airline with our contact information and personal information which we had to be hours on the phone correcting before our flights which we couldn't correct everything and my kid was marked as an adult which didn't get a kids meal we will never recommend them especially this branch and please don't bother replying with excuses your worker didn't do her job and you should adress her on it.

    They were efficient enough to find convenient prices for my flights. Unfortunately, they put the wrong details in the booking, causing me stress, delay, and extra cost to amend that mistake. This almost cost me to miss my flight or to pay for the sane flight again.

    Excellent service. We have always booked our trips but this time adding an internal flight we decided to go to a Travel Agent. Logan from the Flight Centre at Bayfair made booking our flights and accommodation a breeze for us. Would highly recommend The Flight Centre.

    Hi My husband and I booked through Prue from Bayfair flight centre 3 weeks ago for upcoming trip to oz. We are taking a few internal flights while in oz so was just flights she helped with to get to Australia. We just want to say how amazing she is at her Job!! Nothing was too much trouble and and we would HIGHLY recommend Prue to anyone using flight center. Thanks so much

    Flight Center arranged our flights, accommodation, and a rental car. We seemed to pay the going price for flights and accommodation, and when we got there, we noticed we paid way too much for the car. And it wasn't even insured. We were unable to contact them when we needed them. Wont use this service again.

    Unfortunately our experience with flight centre has been horrible. I went into the Bayfair Flight Centre twice over the weekend, just aiming to pop in. Both encounters were very rude and very unfriendly. The only reason we were needing to go in store to book was because we had vouchers to use that you can't book yourself online. I went in today to get them booked, I had already done the research on which flights and just needed to book. We were hit with a $300 service fee for a job that took less than 10 minutes. While I appreciate that we were paying for the service, if we could have used our vouches online we wouldn't have needed the service. If you don't need to go in for using vouchers do not book through them in person! We will never be using flight centre again.

    Not a great experience with the Bayfair flight centre office. After calling in and wishing to pass on our intended flight itinerary to get a quote to the USA, the consultant asked me please email them with details of what we wanted. I highlighted the fact that I had called into the office to verbally and personally provide this information and why would it make any sense to go home again and email the consultant the same information - the consultant said if they made a note of imy request now, they would most likely lose the piece of paper. As a consequence, we went and booked elsewhere,

    Everything went well until we got to our destination and discovered that the times we had been given for our excursions were wrong. Ended up missing one because we got an incorrect start time on the intiniary. Tour coy said it happens alot with Flight Centre bookings. ALWAYS confirm directly with the tour coy before leaving NZ (we arrived too late in the evening to confirm the day before the tour and no after hours help)

    Used to be a good way to book international airfares when they had their price guarantee. But is now always significantly more expensive than booking directly. Went into this store to get a price for return airfares to London but wanted 1k more than what the airline was asking if you book directly with them. Lesson learned. Better to book directly now. On a positive side lots of friendly team and a positive customer service experience. Just don’t think I’ll book with flight centre until they are more competitive
