   Really good organisation and the itinerary was done super fast! Great flexibility around payment and the trip fitted within the budget, probably could have done with some more guidance around activities to do once we were there! The resort was very good at catering for gluten free food and went out of their way to cook different options for us! Great advice to hire a car in Samoa!

   We called into House of Travel, Papamoa, to make general enquiries about our first ever cruise. We met Jessica, who we found exceptional from the beginning. After discussions, when, where, how, we left the office, leaving Jess to see what she could find. She quickly identified an option, taking into consideration our ideas and thoughts, and also wanting to visit friends in Perth. Graeme and I decided to see if we could extend our time away so subsequently inquired about the Indian/Pacific train journey, Perth to Sydney. Jess kept a watchful eye, as usually these trips are fully booked for years. She spotted a cancellation, which had just come in, immediately contacted us, and hence we were booked, on this Journey Beyond experience. It all fell into place and was as if it was all meant to be. As newbie cruisers, we appreciated Jess's advice which proved to be very beneficial. On our return back to Papamoa, we called to House of Travel, shared with Jess some of our experiences, finding her to be very welcoming, interested and encouraging. We have no doubt we will cruise and do further train travel in the future, making bookings with Jessica, and House of Travel, Papamoa.

   Just stayed at Ocean Blue Resort in Noosa, Queensland. The resort was very central to tge Main beach and Noosa Junction area. The apartments are very spacious, and clean, the resorts main pool is beautiful and also has a great steam room alongside it.If you are a keen yoga person they have on-site yoga classes every day.They also have a well equiped gym The staff were very helpful though the office does close fairly early at 5. Would definitely stay there again. This is the 2bd trip we Have ysed Charlotte from House of travel, 1st time a few years back on a cruise ship. Very easy to deal with.

   My friend and I have just completed our week in Rarotonga which we booked through Tarsha Ormsby at House of Travel, Papamoa. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at the Sanctuary, a separate hotel adjoined to the Rarotongan hotel. All bookings etc proceeded smoothly. I appreciated the recommendation from Tarsha to stay at the Sanctuary.

   Our HOT agent Charlotte organised a amazing trip for our family and friends to Fiji this July. We started with 3 nights at Sheraton Denurau and 7 nights at Plantation Island. The itinerary worked perfectly for us and we spend very little time in transit. We knew what to expect and were able to completely relax.
