   We love dealing with YOU Travel and have done so on multiple occasions. Can't recommend them highly enough. This would have been a 5 star review except for the fact that they use Allianz for their travel insurance. My advice to one and all is to SOURCE YOUR TRAVEL INSURANCE ELSEWHERE. Allianz are total rogues. For a start, they make the claims process as difficult as they possibly can in the hope you give up. In addition, if you have more than 1 event happen on a long trip e.g. flights cancelled, luggage missing etc, they classify those as 'separate incidents' in order to claw back multiple insurance excess amounts. Infuriating and unjust in the extreme! There must be better travel insurance providers than Allianz. We will certainly never give them another cent after our experience.

   We booked our trip to the UK and Bali with Kay, she was most helpful, especially with options of flights and recommended a hotel in Bali (we were staying with family in the UK) As I was using a walking stick when we met her, she suggested that we request assisted travel for a wheelchair and transport through the airports, this turned out to be extremely helpful as some airports were a long walk from the plane to immigration. The holiday was a complete success, all due to Kays knowledge and experience. Hence to say that we will book with Kay again for next year. Thank You. M & A Kelly

   We certainly will not be using again or recommending this office to anyone. The woman we dealt with was so rude. She never smiled the whole time we were there and spoke to us like we were idiots. As a family, we travel on a fairly regular basis and have dealt with many travel agents , never, never have we been treated so poorly. Needless to say we will be taking our future business elsewhere.

   We have just finished a 3 week trip around Tasmania. Kay arranged awesome accommodation for us on this trip. Everything went smoothly with no problems from seeing Kay initially to getting home (other than the AKL airport shambles on return which she had no control over).
