   Great shop lots of gear however parking is a nightmare. Would rather go to a big warehouse then try and find somewhere to park. Hamilton is really screwed up local shopping.

   Depends on the day staff are nicer. If you are not a local then you are treated very differently and looked down upon. The staff at that store could use a refresher course in basic human decency.

   An edit to the below. After pushing a fair bit with the Bivouac head office a refund was eventually given. So a happy ending after all, but it's necessary to push for your rights under the consumers guarantee act. However, avoid Exped tents at all costs! Review rating changed to four stars to reflect the staff at the local store are great to deal with. -------------------------------------------------- Firstly I must say the staff in this store have been great (otherwise only 1 star!), however an Exped tent purchased through them has been awful. It was a replacement for another Exped dud under warrantee, and seen little use over 5 years. Coming up to five years I had it setup in prep for a four day trip, and found the bottom tub seam sealing lifting and the pole elastic gone ping. When claiming warrantee I'm told the warrantee dates from first purchase... So I guess a new tent crapping out doesn't count, so much for the vaunted 5-year confidence. Nice. ( I do note the local store did provide a tube of seam sealant). We had cold weather over the four day trip and woke up wet every morning from the fly sucking to the inner. No amount of adjustment would correct it in cold conditions, and I suspect the fly isn't sewn right. Great looking design but terrible manufacturing. Avoid Exped at all costs! I look forward to it dieing completely so I can justify getting something else.

   Helpful and polite service. I went in to buy a new hiking day pack and the service was great - going through each of the pack's (Osprey) features and fitting the pack specifically for me. Even loaded a weight in it so I could walk around the shop a bit ☺️ I have been here before and service was awesome then.
