I purchased a pair of boots online for the first time and satisfied with how fast they shipped it. Will visit the store when I am in Hamilton.
I went to purchase a Juventus shirt using two gift vouchers I had received from my workplace. Although one of the vouchers had expired by two weeks, the store manager kindly allowed me to use it, which I appreciated. However, when I tried to use both vouchers toward the same purchase, he refused, citing business reasons such as the vouchers sitting on their balance sheet and product margins. I’ve never encountered another store that operates under such a policy, and I found the experience quite disappointing.
Great service, nice shop layout and good range of items. Things are typically sold at an equal price to those larger stores as well except here you get a more personalized service and nicer shopper experience. Highly recommend
My football boots from elsewhere broke after training and I had a new pair to me within 24hours thanks to the helpful team at soccer United. Great response time and very helpful when it came to my questions. Best experience with sports store in NZ for me.
Best football store in New Zealand, great for any football fan. The old location was nice but very small and crowded. A big upgrade with the new warehouse!

Just visited the store to purchase WWC FIFA merchandise. A wonderful shop with great options for soccer gear and memorabilia. The staff was amazing.
It's a good shop with some good gear. I reckon the layout could be slightly improved, but overall well worth a visit.
