I wanted to share my feedback on your salesperson Julia at your Bayfair, Mount Maunganui store. What a lovely, friendly, breath of fresh air you have working at your store. Both myself and my husband found Julia to be welcoming and knowledgeable, and she has a lovely natural way about her and is a very genuine person with a positive attitude. Julia is the very example of excellence in customer service. I know what is required to have the skills in this field and to have the ability to get the balance right to provide the whole customer experience and to put your clients/ customers at ease- Julia had this in spades ! She is a natural and asset to your business ! There needs to be more people like Julia in your stores. Thanks Julia.
