   Not terribly impressed with my visit,very expensive for a 5 minute consultation with the Dr,who didn't even finish the job because she said I was too "jumpy". I have a head injury and as such my ears are very sensitive...go figure.

   Very poor. Terrible and rude. The nurse had no patience at all with my 3 year old son and we were only seen for not even 5 minutes. The lady at the front desk is completely rude would highly recommend going somewhere else to get your money's worth and be respected as a paying customer. Very poor. I seriously don't know where these 5 stars are coming from.

   Highly recommend I was having issues with my left ear and was at a loss after my GP didn't know what could be causing it. Had my ears cleaned and Diane was amazing gave great advice around what is likely causing my issues and now I have atreatment plan!

   Great at sucking stuff from the ears and that’s about it. The ear nurse (Dianne) was very unprofessional and gave no advice on the state of my son’s ear nor what to do going forward. Suggested that he’s low on iron by looking at him, recommended blowing his nose in one breath then said not to in the next. Left more confused than informed and definitely will not return to this clinic. My advice - stay within your scope of practice and field of expertise!

   I had an appointment at 11am today and was curious to what might have happened here since r my last appointment, having read the reviews whilst looking up there telephone number. . I had previously found Ear Health Tauranga to provide an excellent service as had my husband. And frankly nothing has changed! I was greeted warmly and my appointment with Lydia was bang on time. Lydia is professional and very pleasant....as always. The procedure took 10 minutes exactly which suited me just fine been a busy person and it cost $55. Out of curiosity I rang there completion and the procedure was $70. I have no idea what peoples problems are but maybe they are extra precious? I don't know. I thoroughly recommend Ear Health Tauranga. Raewyn

   I had bought my elderly neighbour in. She stood at reception whilst the receptionist was on the ph for approx 5 mins. Couldn't believe that the receptionist, didn't stopped talking for a few minutes to say (I'll be with u shortly, or something) so rude. Nothing was said, so my elderly friend sat down. Thank goodness the specialist my friend saw was apparently awesome...

   I felt sick in my stomach that i had been ripped off after leaving this place. $55 for 2-3min max. I left still not knowing what was wrong with my ears or how to fix them. I still have the problem months later and dont no what to do. I should of spent my $55 on a GP

   Would not recommend ever going here. Good ear cleaning yes. But 2 minutes in and out for $50. Lady at the front desk was very rude. Doctor was not enthusiastic nor seemed to actually want to be there. Felt like she did not care who she was operating on, gave no advice to after care. Over all very bad. Would not recommend

   Very bad, $50 for a 2 minute suction. I was expecting atleast a consolation and advice on how to keep ear heath good, but nothing. It was pay 50, go in, go out. Very very very bad. Yes my ears are now clean but for what, a very bad experience? I personally think what you are doing for a basic 2 minute clean is way over priced and should be MAX $25. Very disappointed
