Honestly this place is by far the most amazing and incredible place, everything from the visit at Da Vinci to the Grace Hospital stay, by far the best! I have been to a few places and this is the most professional.
I do not recommend this clinic. They are incredibly rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment scheduled and they cancelled it at short notice. I had booked flights and accommodation specifically to Tauranga which I had to cancel. I was not impressed. If you leave a bad review they remove it. Do yourself a big favour and go elsewhere.

Dr Bialostocki has been an incredible part of my breast cancer journey. He performed my expander surgery with great skill and care, and I couldn't be more pleased with the results so far. Love the staff here. Friendly neat people. Just had my first round of botox. The Nurse explained everything and Adam came in for a quick lookin. So reassuring to have a top notch plastic surgeon do this. Thanks guys
I was asked to put on a mask when I entered and I guess they are taking every precaution as it is a surgery. Free consultation was a bonus. Procedure was a bit more expensive than quoted. Nurse was very professional and lovely. She explained everything exceptionally well and made me feel like the procedure was an everyday thing. Not just for myself but for others in the future I do think they should redo their consent form as it was so blurred from being copied so many times that I had difficulty reading it. Overall experience was very professional.
Staff are always helpful and a pleasure to deal with. Surgeon and nurses are knowledgeable and answer all questions, and take the time to explain procedures and follow up care. I world highly recommend them to anyone wanting surgical and non surgical procedures.
