   I am a long time client of the Centre for Health. Why? For me they offer a balance of health monitoring and appropriate exercise, under the supervision of formally trained staff. Many of their clients have had significant health issues and the Centre easily accomodates and matches aerobic and strength exercises to best develop strength and agility. The atmosphere is welcoming, lacking any competitive pressure. The current staff at the time I attend (Maddy and Tasha) always welcome with a smile, and are happy to suggest programs to grow health and well-being.

   I first came to the Centre in January 2022 aged 79. My reasons were cardiac related. I have been a regular participant in the exercise classes since then. The classes I go to are aimed at older (and some injured) people but the Centre also has a variety of sessions suitable for all age/ability levels. The classes are excellent and fun - and it does not matter what your level is. I am certainly not a gym bunny! The instructors are extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring. The exercises are always tailored to suit the participants. The Centre has a great "team spirit". Banter and good humour are always there and although I sometimes have to make an effort to attend I am always glad to have done so. Give it a go! Peter Butler

   Super professional and high knowledgeable team! Madi took me through a treadmill stress test along side other assessments. Awesome experience with a super detailed report with actionable steps to help get things sorted. Highly recommend!

   Started here post heart attack for cardiac rehab and over two years later still regularly attending. Extremely knowledgeable staff who guide and encourage our practice from Pilates classes to individual programs. Can’t speak highly enough of the people, both staff and fellow clients, creating a great welcoming atmosphere.
