im shocked how bad the service was! NONE Rang rental dept 3 times in late May/early June interested in renting my new home out with thier business.Still haven't heard back from them! I rang them first as they have a rental near my home at Fantail villas Katikati.
Staff not the best,could do with more attention to customer service,just because you walk in the door in hi-vis working clothes no need to be looked down on.working clothes mean working hence the ability to purchase.poor service.
I popped in here to see an agent who was not available. Left a message with my details with a receptionist who wasn't all that helpful. Another staff member directed me to information... Still waiting for the call back two weeks later. Guess it's not going to come, so I'll take my business elsewhere to Petone who care and offer great customer service, support and information...
