   I really like this service, however the phone staff are very rude. Considering they have the responsibility for being a first contact for woman with breast cancer, I would strongly recommend that staff are educated in assisting with anyone that may need help understanding the system. Today I rung them to discuss having another mammogram, after experiencing some discomfort. I am a returning patient. I am in at risk category. I received a text message to say I was due for another mammogram. I mistakenly rung them, they were my last appointment for a mammogram. Biopsy, and testing. A little patience on their part was required. I hung up the phone feeling that the conversation was condescending.

   I was in this week for my 12 week scan and had the lovely Wendy do my scan for me. She was exceptional and I was so grateful for how happy and pleasant she made our experience. This is such a special time in our lives and it was so nice to have someone who seemed to understand that. Wendy you really made our whole experience amazing. I’ve been raving about you to anyone who will listen ever since. Thank you so so much!!
