Amazing experience. Reception staff were very accommodating and polite. The ultrasound lady and x-ray lady were both helpful and explained everything with politeness. After a bad experience at another radiology place in town, I would recommend Medex to any and everyone. Thank you.
Happy enough with the treatment given, however very disappointed with the accounts/actions received. Thought I had settled account on day of procedure, then after a 6 week holiday, returned to several notifications by mail of an outstanding account, and that it had been forwarded on to debt collection. After explaining it was a genuine mistake and settling the account immediately, unfortunately after another 6 weeks have been advised I still have to pay collection fees. Have never had an unpaid bill over my entire life, and just feel in this case that money has been prioritized over patient care ! Just a simple phone call or email whilst I was away, and none of the above would have eventuated.
Friendly staff and if it is a ACC claim and you have a community service card there is no charge. Bay Radiology still charges regardless.
After receiving less than positive news from an alternative radiology provider, Medex was recommended to us and we found the experience of the staff truly genuine and supportive. With the experience at Medex we were reassured that the issue previously identified was inaccurate, the staff there were empathetic and couldn't do enough to help. Highly recommend to all!! Thank you to all the staff for being so lovely to us.
