I have no history of the whooping cough vaccine on my NHI number but I was asked to pay for the vaccine? I called my clinic prior to booking here to confirm I could get a free shot but I was told I was too young (thanks?) by the pharmacy.

I was stunned with this place. The first thing I noticed was a guy on his hands and knees scrubbing the floor. I asked to talk the pharmacist and a gentlemen pointed me to the guy scrubbing the floor. He was the pharmacy manager. Omar gave me the best customer service I have ever had. I was having leg cramps and he explained for a least 5 minutes the causes, recommended I increase my water intake, stretch morning and night and walk around regularly at work to exercise my legs. I was insistent on magnesium so he sold me some and for the first time in 3 year I have not had cramps at night. I just want to say thank you to all of you at Te rapa Countdown as you are all very friendly but especially omar, he was very genuine.
