    Went into the store to buy something 10 minutes to 1pm, got told to go to another shop on the other side of town to find out it’s closed. Went back to shosha for the staff member to be on break for half an hour, decided to go back and get what I was after just to realise it was the wrong item. Fast forward to 9:45pm 15 mins till they close, brought the receipt and explained that It was the wrong item and that I wanted to return it and to get what I originally wanted. This staff member proceeded to open the fresh packaging that wasn’t touched and accused me of it being used and can’t be returned (the packaging was all original not touched till she opened it) now it can’t be returned at all cause of the actions of this staff member, wouldn’t go back very lazy as you can tell she was just trying to get rid of us to go on break and go home on time

    Amazing fast and kind service from a lady in there around 11.20am on the 2nd of may, thank you so much! Sometimes get bad service from shosha but not this time 5 STARS!!
