   I cant recommend this place enough. They have really stepped it up in the last few years. My mum never wanted to leave our home and we agreed but due to a fall we were left with no choice. From the moment we moved in until the moment mum passed away a few weeks ago we have felt welcome, listened to and cared for consistently. All the staff has been so caring and supportive of mum and our family. Mum, although not the easiest, was looked after incredibly well, she felt loved and included. The food was great and the communication easy and stress free. Sadly this sector is underfunded so there will never be enough staff, but the staff work incredibly hard and they genuinely care. They always make time for the little extras and take pride in the appearance of the residents. While mum was in the hospital, I was there for several hours every day and never once did I have to question anything. Regular check ins from management were much appreciated and feedback was followed up promptly. Their guidance and care around mum's passing was above and beyond. Room was always clean and free of smells. I'm forever grateful.

   My husband has just been in Palms Hospital Care and although he was only there for 10 days the nurses and staff were so caring and kind that he felt comforable and relaxed and whenever I visited I was I looked after as well. The meals were wonderful.
