    Really poor range of RTD's in particular rum based ones or even rum/coke mixes. Much prefer driving across town further from home to the bottle store in brookfield

    The worst customer service I have experienced in a long time, lm not usually emotional but this experience left me in tears. Approx 6:30pm I went in to purchase a box of something for the weekend. I have been a regular customer for 5 years and have encountered this person on many occasions. She was extremely rude, humiliated me by suggesting I couldn’t afford to buy it and that I was was wasting her time. Another customer came into the store and she continued her abuse. I left and went to the liquor store in Welcome Bay where I had a very different experience and was able to purchase what I was looking for. I would not feel comfortable going to Bottlezone Ohauiti, even though I will be passing it to shop elsewhere from now on.

    Trash experience here blamed my card for the reason the transaction timed out but still took the money from my account and won't return the funds clearly a bunch of thieves
