Pretty useless to be fair. Having a bathroom renovation done and placed an order through my builder for a new shower almost two months out from the start date. Well, PW never placed the order with the shower manufacturer! We weren't told this until after the old shower was ripped out, so I now have no shower and cannot complete any further renovations such as plumbing, flooring, vanity, etc until the new shower arrives, close to two weeks! Not impressed at all. Where's my shower Plumbing World?
I needed a new shower head, but the wall bracket was unusual and didn’t fit standard models. Other shops told me I’d need to replace the whole system. Emma at Plumbing World took the time to investigate, found the original manufacturer, the product was discontinued but they still had a couple in stock. Brilliant service that saved me time, money, and the hassle of redoing bathroom fixtures. Thanks again, Emma!

Travelled 28 km to Plumbing World in Birch St. Tauranga, in order to buy some ball valve handles. I asked the guy at the counter, while he was looking at me sideways, if they had handles for the ball valve I showed him? Answer: No. Do you know where I could buy them? Answer: No. Where do you get your ball valves from? Answer: I don't know. Can you ask somebody? Answer: There is nobody her Can you identify the manufacturer for me? Answer: No. Is there a way I can find out? Answer: Google it.
Dreadful service and only interested in dealing with tradespeople. Don't look for anything non-standard. Plumbing World is a big name. 'Plumbing small range of product with no advice and little attempt at customer engagement' is a long, but more apt name.
