   Do not waste your money getting waxed here. Got a newbie, whom I had to tell what to do....walked out with raised, bruised skin and hair still on legs. I negotiated price as I refused to pay full price....happy to pay for product used but service and treatment room was anything but "professional."

   I've used this business several times for nails and massage... I've usually been served and catered to immediately, only once I had to come back in an hour. Prices have increased, but service is good. A little more attention to cleanliness of the premises would go a long way to impressing me and giving me the reassurance of a healthy environment...

   I definitely will not be returning to this salon. I was surprised they are still in business in the area they're located. I got shellac gel manicure and never have my nails been sticky afterwards. There was a woman there before me giving huge facial signals for me to turn around and run but I just wanted to give them a try. I did but won't again. The place isn't the cleanest nor is it up to date. The service was as if they were just learning. My cuticles weren't soaked nor were they cut, my old shellac polish wasn't completely removed, it was an issue when I asked for another layer of color and the communication was horrible. Yes, I tried to get them to fix everything but they seemed to not understand. I do not like leaving bad reviews but others need a heads up on this one.
