I had gel polish done for $50 on a Sunday and by Monday two were off. Worst nail job ever and would love my money back
One of the nicest sets of nails I’ve had in ages! Each one is perfectly even and tidy they did a really beautiful job. I had my builder gel removed and nails cut down shorter and they still feel lovely and glamorous thank you xxxx
Asked for French tips and they were the thinnest ever. Also asked for round shape and they were extremely wide at the top and a few crooked. Great service though, just terrible job.
I love getting my nails done whenever I visit a new city, so I had to get a set done in Christchurch. I texted ProfessioNAIL on Instagram and got an immediate response and booked the appointment fairly fast. I booked the Short Builder Gel nails with Nail art on two fingers. On the day of, my nails were done perfectly and with precisision — even though I had a time crunch! Had I stayed in Christchurch long term, this place would’ve become my go to! I broke one nail due to an accident and they fixed it free of charge too :) Highly recommended
Really wish I had read the reviews before I went in here. Was just passing by and wanted a quick gel manicure. Very painful service and I'm bleeding on a few nails. Staff were nice but the pain doesn't seem normal.
Lovely service. Recommend going when they first open as very quiet so more time spent on you. Only negative was my cuticle was cut too deep on my big toe so drew some blood
Professionail is hands down the worst nail salon with terrible customer service. They show zero respect by forcefully handling clients' hands and arms, leaving them in pain. Their incompetence is evident as they make clients' fingers bleed due to their inability to do their job properly. Furthermore, they prioritize other customers who arrive later, leaving paying clients waiting indefinitely. It's outrageous that they multitask to the degree they do, with multiple workers tending to one client while neglecting others. They even disappear mid-service to attend to pedicures, then return to handle clients' nails without proper hygiene. It's utterly disgusting that this place is still operational.
Nails fell off within a day and they refused to fix it. Acrylics were poorly moulded and had glue all around my fingers. Colour was thin and stylist wasn’t even paying attention. Horrible experience not worth the money
Best shellac I’ve ever had done! It’s been 2 and a half weeks and still no sign of it lifting! If I lived in Christchurch I would go here all the time!
