   Worst ever Took off my gel and filed my toes which left them sore scratched and uneven. Cut cuticles by ripping them off, not cutting. Asked to choose a colour then told it not very good. Minimal effort put in maximum disappointment and had to get sorted elsewhere as left with no polish and sore feet. Never going back and would not recommend. Time they took was 20mins start to finish. Complete rip off.

   $100 for nails with French tip, they used full plastic nails, not just acrylic tips like I've previously had. These are flimsy and cheap. Horrible experience overall. Painful, bleeding, burning from heat of electric filer. No conversing or reaction when I winced in discomfort. 2 broke very quickly, returned for repair, charged me another $20. Do not recommend. Wish I had read all the terrible reviews before presenting there.

   My daughter had a terrible experience with a very angry nail technician here. She's 17 and had to txt me to come down to the salon to help her feel safe. She was visibly shaken by this experience. She couldn't pick her colour's, didn't like the job that had been done, so kindly asked it to be fixed and was treated very disrespectfully, very rough to where the technician hurt her while filing aggressively at her nails. Took over 2 hours and then blamed my daughter for all the inconvenience. Would not recommend this place

   First time there this week and I was impressed. Fixed up a bad nail extension from another salon (out of chch), were so welcoming when I went in, booked me in for a few days later and even accomodated keeping the salon open later for me. They had a new extension product I haven't had before and I love it. I am so happy with my nails, really amazing job and fixed my nails up nicely.

   Don’t waste your money! Went in for a pedicure which is suppose to include them scouring and removing dead skin from your feet painlessly. They didn’t even attempt to scour or soften the feet at all. Wasted $70 They don’t know what a pedicure is
