   I’ve been coming here a while now . The last two times I’ve had Tina. She’s a little pocket rocket and so sweet. I really love my nails - she does a great job. The salon is pleasant / easy to park / mostly easy to walk in and get an appointment. ♥️

   I will only come to Lux Nail Bar for my nails! The team are so lovely, so friendly and professional and always make me look and feel amazing. Tony is my usual technician and he has helped my nails go from chipped and blunt to a gorgeous natural shape. These are my natural nails with build gel! I work with heavy equipment daily and they have never broken. They’re gorgeous. Highly recommend every staff member, but especially Tony.

   I’ve been getting my nails done at Lux for the past few years and refuse to go anywhere else!! The team are so good at what they do and I’ve always come out happy with my new set! Tina did my latest set today and she really took the time to make sure they looked as good as possible - I’m so pleased with how they came out!

   Great size store and also very clean. I went at opening as I didnt have an appointment, and got sat immediately. The male in the adidas sweater was amazing! Quick, checks in to ensure you're happy with the length, colour and shape. Best nails and experience I've had. The technician carefully checks his work along the way eg sizing nails and length to the other hand. I will be returning, with an appointment because it did start to get full very quickly.

   Not a friendly team of people they all talk in a different language which makes the salon really uncomfortable, couldn't understand them and they couldn't understand me because when I asked if I could have colour on my french tips he just nodded and mumbled something. Probably couldn't hear me cause he had earbuds in. Took like over an hour as they silmuntanously worked on other clients leaving me in the chair for over 20 mins at a time. I tried to be friendly but they were not interested... I wont be going back

   Lovely staff, very easy to work with so get fun designs and colour combinations. Good communication around pricing, indicated a price once I showed a design I wanted and charged the same price at the end- communicated price changes as my design changed. Been here before and the acrylics last a good amount of time too. They always check if you like the colour and or design once they have done the first nail which is a massive green flag.

   The worst nail experience I’ve ever had. Manicure done very superficially and rushed, color applied wrong as it’s on my skin as well. The finish isn’t smooth. I was left with oil on the hands without massage so I had to wipe my hands down. Had my nails done by 3 different people as they kept walking away to do something else. The end result as per pictures, isn’t professional. Not recommended. REPLY to the comment: exactly. I booked for something and got something different despite me confirming what I wanted at my arrival. After that, it’s on you ensuring you’re providing the correct service. My nails have been done with no manicure. Just filing. I’ve never seen anything like that. You have to prepare the nails. I’ve changed 3 people, not 2. The color is all on my skin as per pictures. What’s the excuse there? As I said and as proven here again by your comment, unprofessional.
