   I went in to get a set done last Friday, the 3rd of October. I had asked for almond shape with a classic French tip. Keep in mind the lady who did my nails was very sweet and professional… but I was very disappointed with the outcome of my nails. All the nails were crooked, different lengths and weren’t shaped correctly. The French tips were all different thicknesses and also crooked. Not a single French tip was painted on correctly. So I had kindly asked the nail technician if she could fix it which made them look even worse, to which I then asked if she could just paint them one color (white). It didn’t come out well as she painted over the already painted/cured French tips. She ended up having to drill off the French tip design that she had done so I asked her to just paint the nails the same colour as the base. Although the service was good and she was kind. I’m a qualified nail technician who decided for once I wanted to be on the chair getting my nails done by someone else and found myself very upset and disappointed after my appointment due to not having received the initial service I had booked in for. I read so many great reviews and truly hate being one of those people to leave a bad one.

   Absolutely amazing. So helpful for two people who had no idea what they were doing. Even managed to paint the roses on the shoes on the nails and matched the colours perfectly. Nails are stunning and service was wonderful. Couldn't recommend highly enough.

   Went to get my brows done. The lady was cold like as in no talking when I asked questions. 1 of my brows now have no arch she didn't bother to pluck the small hairs that the wax couldn't get. I've had to get my brows waxed 2 days later as she didn't wax my whole brow. It took less than 5 minutes to do it. Didn't take the extra time to pluck away the unwanted brows. Never coming here again.
