   Ok service. Got Gel polish and wasn’t a great job. Kind of bumpy. Had two ladies do my nails and the Second Lady was about to put polish on without even finishing my manicure first. Don’t think I will go back.

   It’s not a bad place, and they do an okay manicure, but I’m used to much higher quality and service standards in Europe. Here, the focus seems to be on getting nails done quickly, which shows in the results, unfortunately. Cuticles aren’t treated, the polish application is just acceptable with some uneven brushwork, and the oil/cream finish at the end feels rushed — more like a box to tick than real care. There are also no little touches like offering water, tea, or coffee. I personally wouldn’t return, but if you’re looking for a quick and inexpensive manicure, this place can get the job done.

   The lady was absolutely lovely but my lashes aren't great the started falling out the next day and a week n half later there's basically none left, also has brows done and left a rash between my brows which is still there

   I got oval shape nails and most of them are crooked, I tried to get the lady to fix twice but they’re still crooked. They could have been filed down more as the acrylic part is still really thick. I was charged an extra $10 for gold flake even though no one mentioned that to me when I asked to have that done. The gold flake layer MELTED onto my finger when it was put under the blue light which was really hot and they did a poor job fixing it up Leaving some of my nails looking bulky. Definitely wouldn’t go back there.

   I was pleased that they were able to fit me in as walk in, but disappointed that the clippers, scrubbers etc came from a communal bowl, and then the foot scrubber was washed in my own foot spa water. I'm not used to that, normally you get a sealed package that has been in an autoclave. Nails looked lovely but the hygiene left a lot to be desired.
