Had some troubles with the card reader not working but the staff handled it perfectly and with such respect. Wonderful people work in this store, would highly recommend as they also give good advice on things when buying and run you through all of the options rather than just pushing the most expensive. Lovely customer service, a clean store, and well organized product.

They had the juice I wanted when all the other vape shops in hamilton don't stock. Good prices. But a bit pushy service like all vape shops now days they don't really cater to oldschool RDA vapers that already know they want and keep trying to say this juice is the same. when it really depends what device or coil types you run on how the juice flavour and how it hits. For sweet tooth RDA vapers i reccomend either UK or US made juices They will burn up coils faster but the flavour is unparalled and plus with RDA just change cotton job done. Overall best vape shop in hamilton for range and service isn't as bad as all the rest so 10/10
Had a really negative experience here despite being a reasonably regular customer. My 9-day-old vape was malfunctioning, so I brought it back for a swap or a refund, and they refused to do either on the basis it had to go see a technician to fix the problem or repair the vape, which wouldn't be until one of the other guys was working in the middle of the week. That's pretty overkill for an entry level vape and honestly left a sour taste in my mouth. Definitely not coming back here again.
