   I asked Progressive Automotive to look at a problem I had with my car while visiting Tauranga. The team were amazing - diagnosed the problem, made a space for the repairs to be done the next day, lent me a car for a couple of hours, and gave me peace of mind for the 5 hour drive home. Can't thank them enough for their friendly, considerate, very timely help and absolutely recommend Caleb and his team to anyone needing car servicing / repairs.

   Good mechanics, top quality work, reasonable prices. Ring and book first as they’re usually busy and getting seen as a walk in is quite difficult sometimes. Have been back here several times since my first review, have no qualms about adding the fifth and final star.

   My vehicle broke down in Tauranga, the AA came out for the tow, Caleb took time out of his busy day to come out as well, he was there in 10 minutes. Vehicle was transported to Progressive's workshop, diagnostic carried out and parts ordered with in 15 minutes. Repairs carried out once the parts arrived, the whole thing took maybe and hour and half. Amazing service, taking time out of their busy day. Thank you so much Caleb your a gent and his wife in the office is awesome. Totally professional operation, highly recommend. They know what they're doing.

   I Highly recommend these guys for wof checks. Awesome service, really honest with everything. There not the type to pick up something as small as a small dent to fail you. They really do take care of there customers. I will definitely be coming back if needing any repairs or work done on any vehicles.    **Update 11/12/24** When back for the second time week, once again had great service, easy communication, happy to answer any questions. My dad has now switched to them too after seeing how well they looked after me and he's equally happy. He's not easy to impress. Easiest five-star rating I've ever given! Lovely guys, well priced, easy to deal with every step from booking to pick up. They also made the time to do some work that I forgot to book at the time I booked in my WOF. Already recommended to friends/family/colleagues.
