   I bought my car new from UMG nine years ago and the 2nd Avenue branch has been servicing it annually since my purchase. Recently it developed a curious fault which was extremely difficult to diagnose. I would like to thank Nico and the whole team, from reception through to the workshop, who treated me with respect and showed great tenacity in the resolution of this problem. They certainly went above and beyond and for this I am most grateful and impressed.

   Myre was an absolute gem to deal with. Extremely professional and efficient. My car has had issues for the last four years. I'm actually great full that my car actually broke down in Tauranga and finally got fixed properly. I'm actually contemplating having the service done here when I visit friends instead of having the service done in Auckland.

   These folks were great to deal with, particularly Mia (hopefully correct spelling) and Nico. I had a bearing fixed and it is good as gold, no more grinding with every revolution. Also, I am exempt from the mask mandate, and they were very accommodating of this. It is increasingly hard to complete a simple transaction in this world, but these guys made it happen. Thank you.
