I have taken my supercharged mini cooper to mount motor works twice now for a extensive amount of work. Jeff who is the head mechanic is fantastic, he is really accommodating, very knowledgeable and always keeps you informed with what my vehicle needed, including pricing, parts etc before he goes ahead with the work. They are well priced and very fair, I will only be taking my vehicle there from now on.
Best no fuss mechanic. Always honest and doesn't recommend actions unless they are needed. Good warrants for $65. Book ahead and then leave for an hour or wait. Nice bakery out front or short walk to New World which has great coffee and bakery items for cheap.
Very Good friendly Service received correcting faults made by another BMW specialist? in Tauranga and servicing the Transmission in BMW E92 335i . Car now very quiet and smooth .Would recommend to anyone who needs BMW service.
I have had mechanics work on my cars for 30 years and Geoff and the team at Mount Motor Works are literally the best I have ever dealt with. Knowledgeable, passionate and friendly I felt comfortable leaving my pride and joy with them. Honest to a fault they did no unnecessary work and the car is running great!!! The best mechanic ever!! Really fair and is not rip off like our previous mechanics. Be rest assured to come here and not expect to come out more than satisfied! Everytime we come here we're either saving big time as they are affordable and generous. To be honest we're stoked to find these people as he knew we had two babies with us he would give us an affordable cost to work around our budget also we came back again for the same issue with our Nissan Dualis and he did not charge us at all!
