1 star only because 0 isn’t possible! Worst garage I’ve ever seen. I went for a simple pre-purchase inspection , the car had just passed a WOF at VTNZ and they suddenly found 20 supposed “issues”, most of which made no sense. It was clearly an attempt to scam us and ruin the sale. Avoid this place if you don’t want to get ripped off.
Absolutely dishonest and unprofessional garage. We brought our van in for a pre-purchase inspection at the request of a potential buyer. Not only did they refuse to share any feedback with us, but they also sent the buyer a quote of over $6,000 filled with completely made-up issues. No transparency, no professionalism. It was clearly an attempt to scare the buyer into unnecessary repairs and scam someone unfamiliar with mechanics. A pre-purchase inspection is meant to assess a vehicle objectively — not to manipulate people or unfairly discredit a perfectly decent van. Avoid this place if you value your time, money, and being treated with basic respect. You’re much better off going elsewhere.
This company was awesome, I had car trouble while in town I live an hour away. They looked at my car straight away diagnosed the fault and had it fixed within two days. They were helpful and friendly and the cost was very reasonable too. Thanks Ricky and team. Highly recommend this business. Very grateful customer :)
I my car had a faulty light . Excellent service. The problem was all sorted in a timely manner. Friendly staff in the garage and office.
Great service from an awesome team. I've had two situations now where I've had an issue with my car and these guys have booked it in, had it fixed and returned to me within 24hours. They've always been transparent and honest with the price of fixing any car problem and sometimes it's even come under estimated price. That's service! and I'll continue to use these guys in the future
