   The one star given is due to past help provided. My most recent business undertaken with them was shocking. I made the mistake of asking a question, as a customer. Troy walked behind another vehicle in order to not look me in the face as he yelled, swore & targeted me as recipient of his temper tantrum. It was unexpected & disgusting. As a superannuitant, I expected to be treated as an elderly customer. When his wife asked him what was wrong, he yelled & swore at her as well. I left quite shaken, expected maybe a quick txt saying a brief apology, but no, nothing. Obviously his wife is used to his childish misogyny. Even afterwards for good business relations I think a quick txt would be a minimum. Most of the positive reviews seem to be personal friends. Women beware when dealing with this business.

   A massive thank you to Karla Troy and the crew from Kader , they have looked after my vehicle for a few years now and more recently my 89 year old mothers . Can trust their honesty, integrity and fair pricing , they actually care about doing the best for both people and cars . Family and community values, are rare find today. I got quoted on one job i by another repairer for over 4K. came in around 2 K with Kader with no cut corners, a Toyota highlander cam and some other belt, to put it in perspective . Thanks again Kader crew appreciate your expertise , integrity and values .

   Took my holden in for a wof and service. Turned out it had a leaky head gasket and faulty alternator. I have mechanical insurance so I gave them the insurance info and they agreed to replace the alternator and fix the head gasket under insurance. Plus do the service and wof. They told us they did the service and fixed the alternator instead of replacing it which was not discussed, and ended up costing us more than the insurance would have. And of course replacing the alternator is always better than just fixing it. Then when I got my car back, my brakes shudder, (never done that before) the car has less power, all they really did after looking at the invoice was an oil change for the service and charged me $300, the tyres certainly weren’t checked as the invoice stated because after going elsewhere a few days later they were clearly under the safe tread limits which wasn’t advised AND the wof I paid for wasn’t even done… hence why we had to take it somewhere else. When we went to pick up the car and disputed the repaired alternator, the mechanic/owner yelled and swore, even the receptionist started crying because he was being so aggressive and upsetting – this was EXTREMELY unprofessional and down right disgusting behaviour from a grown man, we would never go there again, ended up having to then go get my wof elsewhere and pay for it again as there was no way we were going back there.
