I've been using Shane and the team to service and repair my two Volkswagen vans and my Ford for the past 3 years. They Always do a great job, work around my schedule and keep me fully informed. Thoroughly recommend them.
I would not recommend ever setting foot in this workshop. There is a good reason for the 1 & 2 star reviews. Their invoice was $231 just to diagnose the problem with their computer and tell me what I already knew. I was made to pay $200 before they would give me my key back and let me take my car. There is a word for this - Extortion! Be aware. Stay clear.

Took my BMW in for a service last week, extremely happy with the work done on my vehicle and the teams communication with me. Will definitely be coming back
The Work done on my Van which was with the mechanic a few days, was Breaking Improvements, bled brakes. Changed Spark Plugs and installed an Air filter. Was informed the Breaks need an overall and the Twincarbs need cleaning. To do this was over $700 - Which as an afterthought and discussion with Other Mechanics, was Over Priced.
Had a timing chain issue with my Merc and was most impressed with the professional and competent repair work undertaken by Shane and his colleague. The work was undertaken in the time estimated and the cost was at the lower end of the estimate. Would definitely recommend their services.
