   Amazing dance studio with a range of classes for adults & kids, including contemporary dance (which some people call “Modern dance”), Māori movement, Mindful movement (that helps with the mind-body connection and de-stressing), Muscle & Bone (which is a fun workout), as well as creative kids classes, one-off workshops, showings from in-house artists, and they even run a dance/performance festival called Tiny Fest. Every class, event and showing I’ve gone to has been filled with kindness, inclusion, professionalism, and connection. I cannot recommend MAP highly enough.
