   Stayed two nights with daughter and her 4 month old baby. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful during our stay. A cot was made up in the room with no extra charge and the room was spotless and clean and beds were triple sheeted. The breakfast was excellent with a great selection of cooked and continental dishes. Special mention to Kyu Kyu our happy and hardworking waitress in the breakfast room. We would definitely stay here again when in Hamilton

   Great experience staying at this hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We had come to Hamilton for my mums medical appointment. There was a lady named Judy who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again and recommend this hotel to anyone.

   Perfect for a family stay. Great pool and jacuzzi. Very neat clean and tidy. Room serviced daily - beds made and drinks refreshed - nice touch. Lovely staff from reception to the barista. My husband said repeatedly he loved the coffee!! Great location close to so many things.

   Very clean and tidy and good service. It's not very quiet (probably depends on who's staying there that night) Spa pool was lovely and hot. There's just not privacy when swimming as the rooms and the carpark surround the pool. Other than that a great location and definitely recommend eating at THE HELM across the road.

   ALL staff were friendly. Rooms are comfortable, location perfect. We traveled for the Warriors game and accom was conveniently just walk to the stadium. Breakfast was beautifully presented and a nice start to the day. This is my second stay and won't be my last.

   Great customer service from the duty manager and receptionist. Rooms are big and the beds are lovely to sleep on. Only issue I had was that you couldn't alter the aircon mode. Its set to heat only. Other than that its a great hotel. Located on the city fringe and pretty quiet.

   A great value for family room of 4. We chose this place as it has option of family room and close to many shops, supermarkets, and restaurants. It’s not too far from the famous Hamilton Garden as well The room is not too spacious but enough for the 4 of us. Beds are comfy. Pillows and extra blankets are available. Ironing board and iron is also available. The pool and hot tub can be use after 9 AM and our room is close to it. Service is good and friendly.

   Great stay. Super close to all the amenities we needed. Pak n Save right across the road, food places and the stadium just a short stroll. Rooms were tidy and presented as shown in the photos. Enough amenities for a one night stay. Our twin queen room was big enough for 4 of us. However no microwave or cooking facilities in the room. The only sink is in the bathroom. Worked for us but a heads up for someone staying longer wanting to cook. There is a pool and spa on site which is nice. Staff were wonderful. Efficient check in and super easy to deal with. Little bit of road noise but no fault of the hotel, just part of the central location. All in all a good stay. Would come back again.
