Absolutely useless... communication is terrible do not recommend, and over priced 2nd hand parts .. a dead dog has better communication than these people ... unbelievable
Great team. They just happened to have a rear impact bar for my 1990 Toyota hiace. They emailed the invoice and payment details and had it straight on the couriers the following day. $50 freight for NZ couriers Rangiora to rural Bay of plenty in 30 hours! (5 stars for them too) And the part is in very good condition for second hand. Will definitely be calling again if we need any more parts.
Do not buy from this person, absolutely no communication through trade me or phone and the physical address is empty yet there are still trade me listings. Seems like a scam at this point.
Unreliable Products and Poor Customer Service I purchased a second-hand automatic window mechanism labelled as being in "good condition." I immediately took it to an auto electrician for installation, only to be told that the part was faulty. I informed Vincent about the issue straight away, requesting a partial refund to cover the cost of the defective part ($100) and the $20 spent on the electrician. However over the past month, I've been met with excuses and delays, with no resolution. It seems they are unwilling to take responsibility for selling a faulty product. This experience has been a complete waste of time and money, and the company's lack of accountability is disappointing. I want to warn others to be cautious, this business appears to have no return policy, even when selling non-functional parts labeled as working.
I ordered a 10-blade fan on 19/12/2023 but no express number information back to me until now. How far away from your workshop to nz post, that need more than 3 days to post my order? I emailed you guys on the 21st but no reply. I wish you guys to focus on efficiency. I ordered another car part from AU on the same day, and they arrived today. This is so ironic.
