We visited Ninja Hamilton and I have to say that I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I want to extend a big thank you to the team. They were incredibly supportive and so friendly. They made the entire experience better. This is a fantastic place, and I highly recommend a visit. It's the perfect outing, even if it's a rainy day.

We took 3 Γ— 14 year olds and they had a blast 3 hours of entertainment for them and reading for me. The staff were amazing polite and helpful, I didn't see the kids until they wanted drinks or food, the staff were right there to advise and help. We would definitely go again, take a change of clothes and a towel for the water slide at the end of the session, wr didn't realize this option and we weren't equipped,

Great idea to arrive early for the 10am session as the amount of people by 11am was giving me anxiety! A mixture of a Chipmunks playland and a mini trampoline park. Not as big as I'd expected and super loud music so bring your ear loops! Can eat your own food in the waiting area and parents can wander and support their kids. Good attention by staff to harness safety on the high ropes.

We had a blast doing the VR Roam at Virtual Ninja today. There were four kids participating and it caused lots of laughs, team work an fun. Such a great idea for a group of friends, family or birthday parties. Highly recommend. We didn't want to leave, could have played for hours! Shout out to Vik, the manager, who was super patient and helpful with the kids.

We visited this place with our family while in Hamilton. At first glance, it seemed like a fantastic spot for kids to have a blast, but it gets quite crowded with children, leading to longer wait times. They have a system where they allow new kids in every hour, showing a video a few minutes before the hour and letting them out five minutes before the hour ends. So even with an hour pass, the actual playtime is around 50 minutes, and even that is further limited by the waiting. The lack of adequate waiting areas for parents is a downside, and the cafe, which is the only available option, offers a limited menu with underwhelming taste. This aspect definitely needs improvement. It's a place worth trying once with kids, but there's room for improvement. Overall, it's a decent option for family entertainment.

Happy to discover they were open on the long weekend! Very busy, great atmosphere, lots to do for range of ages. Entry fee cost as I expected. Booked online, easy process. We traveled from Auckland, arrived early and we able to join the earlier session. Cafe upstairs, not suitable for anyone with mobility concerns as steps very steep. Not enough seating for parents waiting and no one cleaning tables. Parking, to the right of the building, get in early! All in all would definitely return, kids loved it!!

Kids had an awesome time these school holidays. So much to do, and could have lasted longer than the two hour session we booked. And the cafe was great for us mum's waiting for the kids. The waterside was also a nice bonus at the end of the session

Went today for a party. The party room set up was good. The staff were very attentive. There was lots of visible cleaning going on. The set up of the play area had seperate places for younger kids and pretty much all ages could enjoy what was on offer. Highly enjoyable time and will definitely be back.
