Dang Seeing all the bad reviews from years ago makes me glad Its different now haha, Its amazing here and I bring my son over every single week and he always makes his way too the ball pit (Hes 18 months) Very safe and good flooring for those kids who falls so it wouldnt be such a huge impact, my son loves it, the price is reasonable, and a huge plus adults are free haha, so both me and my son have fun, such a tiring for me having too carry him up too the slide since he cant climb that big lols but he tries too, the food is amazing, the fries and brownies are mine and my sons favourite along with their slushies, Staffs amazing and always askes if we have grippy socks for my child. Unless I ever have a bad experience here (which I hope not) Its an amazing place

Took my 20 month old daughter here today. Love the vibe, staff very friendly, lots of options on the playground to keep the little ones entertained. I don't see why people complain about them being told off for wearing shoes. Signs are literally everywhere to tell patrons no shoes allowed on playground.

I am impressed by the service and amazing staff . They are so friendly and made adults and children feel welcome. The food was tasty and worth it for the amount received. The children had a great time and we will definitely be back to spend more time in such a welcoming environment

Great playground for kids and great coffee for the parents. A lovely Asian lady was working who was incredibly helpful and had impeccable customer service skills. I didnβt catch her name but she made the experience more enjoyable. The kids and I had a great time

Went in on a Sunday arvo, enjoyed lunch at the food court before coming to Jago Town. Kids loved it! The parents have seating right around the barrier and some surrounding tables and chairs. Use the shopping malls provided parent room just around the corner if you need lots of space to take care of your babies instead of the toilets here.

I only rate this a 2 because we have been to better. It is expensive $20 for the older kids, they donβt have much too offer for an indoor playground . I had to pay $10.50 for my son that is under 1 but it was hard for him to play because the older kids were in the little kids area. & You HAVE to buy their socks apparently. It was nice and tidy but I wouldnβt come here again as there are better indoor playground that has more stuff to play and cheaper

Disgusting behaviour from management/staff of jago over phone today . We were booking a big party room for my daughters 5th birthday for 2 hours, willing to pay full price, staff had informed us we were allowed and if not busy we could pay for extra kids over the 24 limit as they said the big party room was big enough and the process was going well with staff over counter and over phone conversations only to find out today that what staff had told us yesterday and the day before is no longer allowed and that staff shouldnβt have said we could book room out for 2 hours and pay for extra kids . The fact that we were wanting to book the party room for a extra hour but still willing to pay the full price of a large party but being told no is ridiculous because you have no one booked in and you would have still gotten the price of 2 birthday partyβs . The miscommunication between Staff at Jago town is terrible as none of yous are on the same page.

Shout out to the lady with short hair and a black cap who is a gem in true customer service! After a little while of waiting for one missing item of our order, I returned to the counter to ask. There was a bit of confusion in the beginning but the lady did not hesitate to rectify the situation without excuses or complaints. Thank you for the special drink! Clean equipment and premises, seemed well looked after, air conditioned at the right temperature, friendly staff who were very attentive even on the playground, good variety of activities for the kids. Parents are allowed to supervise their children on the equipment. Food was good, I would ask for less salt on the fries next time. Only downside is the price tag with $19.90 for 2+yo which would make this rather a special occasion than a regular outing. Remember to bring their socks for the kids, otherwise you have to purchase a pair for $2.50. Adults are allowed to wear their own normal socks.
