Staff was incredible and professional. Even the receptionist was running around making everything run smoothly. My nail artist was incredible making sure I got exactly what with each step. Left with very pretty nail art. Would come agian. My mother also went with me and they were very helpful helping fix her damaged nails. Will go again soon

Very unimpressed with this place. I went in twice for my acrylics, second time went into change them and they gave me a whole new set, cut my fingers and botched the shaping. Went into the other nail salon yesterday had an amazing experience and they told me about back fill and that I didnβt need a whole new set and that who ever did a whole new set last time just wanted my money. Not impressed with luxury nails and still have small scars on my fingers from when they burnt me. All up I had more then 1 burn on each finger- hence my reason for changing salons. Do not recommend at all
Went to get my nail extensions removed and was not prioritised for time as the salon was busy which I can understand, however the old glue and even some old nail from the extensions, was not removed and they were shaped badly. I wonβt be going back.
Omg this is the best nail salon I have ever been to!! I walked in and was greeted by a lovely lady. It was the most relaxing feeling, the lady that done my nails was very thorough and my nails have never looked so perfect before! The prices may be a little bit more expensive than your normal nail salon but it is so worth the experience and quality of the nails. This salon is definitely luxurious and I 100000% recommended them. Thank you
Disappointing quality for the price. $75 for tips snd SNS. The tips fell off within 10 days leaving my nails brittle and rough underneath. I would have expected them to last a lot longer. Sorry but I wonβt be recommending Luxury Nails to anyone and will not be returning.
Went to clean my toe nails that my daughter painted and they said would cost $5. But the service and care they took for that mere amount was outstanding. They rubbed of the polish, used a grinder to smooth up the nail and then cleaned well. What an outstanding service and also was polite and turned on the massage chair while doing all this. Havenβt seen such hospitality at a retail space. All for $5. Good staff and business model. Wish you the best.
On saturday I had my nails done by Luxury nails. Poor customer service. It took 2hours to get these done and they have already broken. Service was being interrupted by other clients instead of focusing on the current one at hand. Do not highly reccomend!
I love this place. Been returning for the fabulous service for 10 months now. Nothing is ever to much trouble, and they always panda to my unique tastes. And the colour range to choose from...oh my. This is my Easter nails.
