   Food was nice enough but the young girl that delivered our meals did not even acknowledge us. Looked very annoyed when we asked for salt & pepper!!? I said thank you when we left and she ignored us. Won’t be bad. Rude rude rude!

   I think we may have caught them on an off day for service. Potentially understaffed today. We had to wait 10 mins to be served with only 2 tables that had customers. Then about 20 mins for the food to come out that was ordered after our coffee and cold bottle drinks that took another 5 mins to come after the food. Other then very slow service, their iced coffee was one of the best I have ever had! I would still go back again for that iced coffee!

   Great spot to enjoy when in the Tauranga suburb of Greerton. Both indoor and under cover outdoor seating. Both full menu and takeout facility. Out door great in the warmer summer days. Very friendly staff with great owner / chef .

   We recently visited Zest Café and were unfortunately disappointed with the food. We ordered the Seafood Chowder and Zest Pasta. None of them met our expectations — the flavors were rather bland and the quality was below average. The pasta, in particular, seemed overcooked, soggy, and not fresh, which really affected the overall experience. Sadly, we left unsatisfied and would not recommend these dishes

   Have to give 2 starts unfortunately. The food was nice but very small portions for the main. For $35 a main I'd expect a little more than what was given. Service was terrible. Only had one server working and he didn't seem overly interested in being there. Didn't feel like a nice restaurant at all. Very cheap feeling I would just stick to a day time cafe not a night time restaurant.

   Food plays a big part in our whānau as it not only links to what we eat but it connects us with the people when we share a meal together. I have been to many restaurants and this would have to be the best. The meal prepared for us was absolutely beautiful and is a testament of all those qualities we want in a meal that ignites conversation, laughter and more importantly, whānau ties. Thank you for a wonderful evening. Cold, windy and raining outside was complimented with warm staff who served us a superb dinner that triggered all the senses and memories.

   As visitors to the area, we asked a passing local on where to eat and have a good coffee. We weren't disappointed. Husband had seafood pasta salad, he loved it. I had a chicken paneni, it was nice but lacked flavour. The coffees were spot on - excellent. Lovely staff and owner. We'll be back.

   We had lovely Stone Grilled meals. My husband had the pork and I had the beef and both were lovely and very filling. Would recommend trying their meals. The service was excellent too.
