    Disgusting attitude! They left black grease stains all over my brand new mint alcantera steering wheel. I politely requested a refund due to the irreversible damage caused due to their lack of care to which got a vicious response back saying things such as “ who would even care that much about it or spend that much on a steering wheel anyways ” along with other unnecessary atrocious, snappy, rude comments. Went back for the wof another day and once again got more snappy appalling language whilst completely unprovoked. I would’ve been happy to do them the grace of paying for the recheck to give them the benefit of the doubt they hasn’t been just as rude the 2nd time round . No person should be spoken to the way I was. That’s No way to run a business. The least they could’ve done acknowledged They’re wrong doing but they just went over the top and attacked me
