   A lot of money spent on 3 vague comments and a long tick box list. My vehicle was rated as 'Fair condition' for its age and milage. However...there is no explanation or criteria or standards provided to actually know what a 'Fair condition ' is. Are there 10 levels or 3?? What does Fair condition mean? The phone number provided to ring to discuss the report provided is incorrect. I was unable to reach the Tauranga office or testing mechanic for any further information. One page is blank. One full page is full of disclaimers. After submitting my review and comments on the online survey, I was asked if I would like to speak to someone about the AA inspection. I replied Yes and provided my phone number as requested....I'm still waiting for that call 1 month later.

   A buyer had a pre purchase inspection done on my car and the guy there told me it needed an oil change and a new battery. But I just had a service 3 days before it from AA Mount Maunganui and had a new battery placed just a month ago. Definitely don’t trust this branch. Take it elsewhere

   Did not realize I was driving with no rego on my Mercedes for 13 months. I own 5 performance vehicles a caravan and a trailer. All had no rego under 12 months except the C55 AMG. I normally wait for an email alerting me that my rego is about to expire but forgot to send my new email address to Waka Kotahi. AA were excellent to deal with and only had to replace my front brake pads, rotors and engine mounts. Quick and friendly service.

   3rd av AA was awesum...recently had a dereg'd harley sporty complied here..got it as a flip but my daughter was ready 2 step up so she owns it now...AA made the process stress free an I would not hesitate 2 recommend these guys..cheers
