Lovely ladies, lovely experience. I've never had my brows mapped to the shape of my face which was actually pretty cool to see. Grace was amazing and I am loving my brows. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back for more ā¤ļø
Had my first experience at Lab Brow Bar (Ellerslie) with the lovely Keighly yesterday. Her expertise and professional knowledge made my visit even more comfortable and enjoyable - the end results were AMAZING! (brow lami + hybrid). I also felt her product sales pitch wasn't pushy or overpowering and tailored perfectly to my new brows! Thanks so much Keighly - can't wait for my Dec appt!
Today was my first experience at Lab brow bar - I decided to book a lash lift and tint and was quite anxious after a previous bad experience somewhere else. Hannah was lovely, put my mind at ease and was super attentive throughout the appointment making sure there was no discomfort. My lashes look great, Iām super happy!
Had my eyebrows and lashes done by Skyela, never had my brows mapped before they have never looked so good. Also had a derma facial done by her as well. Very professional and lovely young lady.
I chose Lab Brows for a brow shape and tint, and lash tint. I was told by the technician that the tint would last 3-4 weeks. The brow tint disappeared after 3 days! So I went in immediately to raise my concern and was told by another technician the tint would only last for 3-4 days and they would not refund my money. I was misled and would not have had the service done if I knew the tint would not last at least 3 weeks. What was meant to be an uplifting experience left me stressed. I do not recommend.
I often feel out of place at salons and the like, but the staff here made me feel really comfortable. I'll definitely come back for services in future. Most of all I'm really happy with my Brow Lamination, done by Ella.
Thank you Monique, for giving me back eyebrows! I had recently visited a brow kiosk in 1 of the shopping centres and did not like the brows that I left with. But you did such great work on my brows and lashes today and I really like them! You were patient with me and you took the time to explain the differences between the treatments and what steps you were going through. So thank you again, and I will definitely be back in 8 weeks!
I booked myself my first ever brow lamination appointment and I absolutely love the work that my technician has done and will absolutely be booking in again in the future. From start to finish, I had the best experience I've ever had at any such salon. Ella my brow artist did an EXCELLENT job and I especially appreciate how she did my brows to my liking, making sure I was satisfied at every stage of the process.
