   Got acrylic extensions done, wonderful experience, felt like the nail tech had extra attention to detail. Definitely will be back. Much nicer than your average nail salons in the mall as they don’t rush through for the next client. They take their time and make sure you are 100% happy with the outcome.

   Gel extensions: I have been seeing Rachel and her team every 3 weeks for over a year now and they are by far the best nail salon I have been to - I have been getting my nails done for many years in both Auckland and Hamilton. The quality is great, they never lift, they take care of my natural nail, and their attention to detail is impeccable. The salon offers a range of colours and designs and it is clean and hygienic which is very important to me. The staff are friendly, funny and make you feel comfortable every time. I always leave happy and with flawless nails! X

   Online booking system was not working correctly as I booked for a Thursday @ 3pm as we were flying out of the country for a wedding but my booking got changed to Friday 3pm without confirming with me first. I was told to click on the 'view details' button as the time that originally came through was 8pm. I clicked 'view details' to make sure time of appointment was correct but did not think the day would have been changed without any notification. Tried to explain to the staff member and sent snap shots of what I originally booked, but the staff member was rude and took no responsibility for the fault in the system. Just kept telling me 'I told you to click view details' I was the last family member that gave this business the benefit of the doubt as three of my family members have also stopped using Flamingo, due to the service. I do love there work but I will not support a business that does not value and treat there customers right.
