I went in to order a couple of items, and the woman made me feel like I was a hindrance to her day. I would have preferred to place my order through a self-serve kiosk. Two weeks later, I called to check if my order was in production, only to be told that she had ordered a different color. I canceled the order and placed the correct one through Chesters Plumbing.
Went in to look at items for an ensuite and the female who served me was rude, short and very unhelpful. I actually felt like i was intruding on her relax time as was the only person in the store. Two other stores in the same area were the antithesis of this place with their customer service and acted like they wanted my business by trying something novel and actually helping. Just due to the attitude of this person will take my business where it's appreciated.

Ordered all new items for ensuite reno - acrylic shower, tapware, vanity with black quartz slab top with white ceramic bowl, new toilet & mirror. We also got new tiling and a brand new wooden plank floor from other tradies. Plumbing World performed as expected - nothing outstanding but nothing bad either. Did their job. Would use again.
Built a house with a local builder in Hamilton. Plumbing world supplied all the tapware etc, service was terrible. Something broke the other day, popped into the store. Very reluctant to take my details and said will get back to me. Its been a month, and nothing has happened yet.
Amazing service. Fabian was great today. Listened to my problem and provided a solution. He took his time to look for the bits and pieces that I needed and made sure everything fits. The price was also better than elsewhere (including big chains) . Will definitely come again when I need any plumbing supplies
