Terrible experience bought tickets for an international flight from christchurch to fiji and this guy didn't even added any meal option in ticket. when i contacted him he stopped replying. Hotel/Apt he booked for us charged booking fee but on arrival knew wasn't paid booking fee so we paid there on arrival.
After sale service is terrible. Bought tickets for parents. When I went to enquire to change the ticket they gave me whatsapp contact which will see your message and Never Reply your query even after wasting 1 hour with them enquiring for options.
Terrible, I been enquiring for a flight ticket for over 2 weeks calling every 2 to 3 days and they kept on telling me "we will send it to you today" and nobody ever gave me an answer
