   We booked our Japan trip through Janine at Discover Travel, and the whole experience was absolutely seamless. She was so easy to deal with - friendly, responsive, and incredibly efficient. We first went to her on a colleague’s recommendation, and I’m so glad we did. Janine found us great flight deals, helped plan the itinerary, booked all our hotels, and even arranged a few activities that turned out perfectly. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and it made the trip stress-free and enjoyable. I’m already talking to Janine about our next adventure- that’s how good she is!    From the moment we entered the door until we were ready to depart for our family holiday in Japan, we received exceptional service from Janine at Discover Travel. No request was too difficult and every effort was to made to accommodate our wishes. Janine organised every detail to perfection. It was great to have peace of mind knowing that Discover Travel was available to support us while away if needed. Working with Discover Travel took away the stress of having to do it all myself plus Janine came up with suggestions that we would not have even known about.    I have used Discover Travel for over 20 years. In that time I have travelled the globe from NZ to the Antarctic Circle and to the Arctic Circle and many places on various latitudes in between. Trips have varied from adventure trips and sedate organised trips. Many have been custom designed, including organised trips and cruises. One trip was led by a member of Discover Travel. Their knowledge of world and local travel is outstanding. The service I have encountered has been exemplary. My exacting attention to detail and the challenges I have set have always been met enthusiastically . One trip changes were required when a travel companion needed hospitalisation. The changes were attended to in a timely and efficient manner. I have introduced many friends to the company and without exemption they have enjoyed the exacting personal service. None of us are residents of Christchurch.

   We would highly recommend using Discover Travel, Linda has helped our family with visits from NZ to the US and Europe for both work and family breaks. They look at all factors including stopovers, transfers, visas, insurance etc. For international travel you can be confident they will get it right.
