Recently purchased some gorgeous shoes. Wore them twice and accidentally caught the chain which caused them to tear. I accept my error but when I called into the shop to enquire about perhaps returning to the manufacturer or finding out if they would repair I was most disappointed with the shop assistant. She told me without hesitation the manufacturer would just say my error and not have anything to do with repairs. I was also told I was too intimidating. Anyone who knows me would say Iβm the least likely person to intimidate. I was so disappointed in the salespersonβs treatment itβs caused me to write this review. Not something I have done before. Footloose shoes if you sell quality shoes then you need to back it up the good service. Very unsatisfied and I wonβt be a return customer
