   Even if at the first stage it seems they were fully booked when I walked in, they managed my problem very easly! I had a second (house)battery of my Van completely death and not in an easy position, they tested, understood the problem, order a new one from outside and replace it in 3h!! Outstanding service

   WOW... I can not express how grateful I am, these guys go above and beyond with their service. I was stuck from out of town, needing to tow a trailer that had the wrong plug on it.. On a Friday afternoon at 4.50 I called them.. Nothing was a problem, they stayed open late for me to get there after 5, they changed the plug in record time and had me back on my way.. and it didn't cost the earth.. Thanks so much again for your help, I got home safe. I highly recommend these guys.

   Was quoted over $900 for a part I ended up buying from repco for $40. Was then sent a bill for $280 two months later for the zero work they had done on my car other than turn it on to tell me air was blowing out the hose. Everyone's time is worth money and I am always willing to pay people for their services but I was taken for an absolute ride here.

   Nice guys, seem to know their stuff and have good knowledge. Unfortunately, a lack of communication with myself and poor time management resulted in wasting 4 and half hours of my day today, only to turn up and find the car hasn't moved. Would have been easy to inform me of the delay, especially after calling 2 hours prior for an update. Likely would have booked it back in for another time. Very disappointing.
