   I’ve been getting my hair done for years, but I have never walked out as happy as I did today. Every step of the process was carefully thought out, and he made sure I was happy with each detail before moving forward. He actually listens to what you want and you can tell he genuinely cares about getting it right. Not only did I get exactly what I asked for, but it turned out even better than I imagined. James is so talented, professional, and kind I felt completely looked after the entire time by James. James' wife was also always asking if there was anything I needed. Amazing customer service. If you’re picky like me and want someone who truly understands your vision, wants to be heard and taken care of flawlessly, James is the one. I won’t be going to anyone else ever again. Perfect 10/10.

   Haircut is not too bad, but it’s not really nice like I used to have in other shops in Hamilton. The shop is dirty and hair designer’s customer service is really terrible. After haircut, I asked her to cut little bit more back of hair to make it neat, but she said that it is dry hair cut so this is her best and i can cut myself after hair wash or ask someone to cut. She also said that Asian girl is like that when I told her that my hair is shorter than what I expected.

   the lady is super friendly, very enthusiastic of her job. everytime I go, she does my hair looking perfectly stunning. I was very satisfied with my hair colour this time as well. :)
